Randhir has been in the financial services industry for more than 20 years and helped to set-up Trident Trust in Mauritius. As Managing Director and together with an 80-strong Mauritius team, he developed strategies to service financial institutions, professional intermediaries and high-net worth individuals in Africa and Asia. Randhir has been a Board member of some of the largest Africa development funds involved in telecommunications, mining, commodities, etc. as well as funds investing into India.

As a Director of a Group of Companies in Singapore, Randhir intends to consolidate the Group’s program of expansion and development of sustainable projects on the African continent and be part of a business that will benefit its stakeholders and positively impact numerous local societies and the business community on the African Continent. Randhir is also engaged by Jupiter Group to assist with its activities as a Management Company, Corporate Finance Advisory firm, Company Secretarial Services and in luxurious real estate assets in Mauritius.  He is fluent in English, French and Creole and holds a BSc (Hons) in Management from the University of Kent, Canterbury and an MBA from Heriot-Watt University, Edinburgh.
