Yash Manick is a seasoned executive and strategic leader, serving as the Head of Africa at Jupiter Group. In this role, he directs the company’s growth and expansion strategy throughout the African continent. With over 20 years of hands-on experience in African markets, Yash is renowned for delivering complex, high-impact projects across diverse sectors. His expertise encompasses project negotiation, structuring, financing, and execution, with a keen focus on enterprise development and regional integration.

Before joining Jupiter Group, Yash was the Chief Executive Officer of the Mauritius-Africa Fund (MAF) from 2015 to 2021. At MAF, he played a pivotal role in implementing the Government of Mauritius’ Africa Strategy by leading negotiations and overseeing the development of Special Economic Zones in Senegal, Côte d’Ivoire, Ghana, Kenya, and Madagascar. He also pioneered the Africa Infrastructure and Industrialisation Fund, targeting significant capital inflows to address the continent’s infrastructure needs. In 2021, Yash led the acquisition of the World Trade Center licence in Mauritius, further positioning the nation as Africa’s premier trade hub and a gateway to Asia.
